amazing stay, everything was perfect!

helpful staff lovely gesture great location

i loved how helpful the reception staff were! the cheese and wine offered from 6pm to 7pm was a really lovely gesture. also, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. this hotel is so well placed for walking to the main attractions and the bus station. it's opposite the bridge to triano too. i was thrilled with my stay!

The staff was cute. Always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. they offered a welcome drink upon arrival and provided complimentary coffee and snacks throughout the day. this.

i found the common areas very well kept, the hotel provided complimentary fresh water and coffee all day. comfortable areas made it easy to relax, and there were newspapers available. the hotel offers also cheese and wine from 6pm to 7pm.

attentive staff welcome drink complimentary snacks convenient location

the staff were attentive and kind. they provided a welcome drink upon my arrival. i found complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day (a very nice touch). the location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

the shower water temperature fluctuated a bit, but it was a minor inconvenience.

wonderful stay!

clean room helpful staff central location

the room was perfect , clean, and very comfortable. the staff was helpful. the hotel is near the bus station. it was an easy walk to the city center , even in the heat.

i found that exiting the hotel required surrendering the key each time.

PROBLEMS found IN this hotel

bad noise isolation difficult sleep

The location was acceptable and near places i wanted to visit.

The room i booked was NOT good. The noise isolation was really bad. I could hear EVERYTHING from the bar area on the ground floor. It made sleeping very DIFFICULT.

the staff gave lots of advice regarding sights. friendly staff were also super helpful.. it was exactly as described. the hotel is next to the main bus station, but it is still very easy to walk around the city tourist sights.

water temperature in the shower fluctuated without explanation. exiting the hotel required surrendering the key each time. i noticed ants in the room.

local attractions comfortable bed

the receptionist provided me with wonderful recommendations for local attractions and dining options (she even checked on me the next day!). the room featured a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning.

the elevator was occasionally slow.
